Re: Deal agreed for Stephen Hendrie - DUNDEAL
Interesting to see what we do with him, seen as I've no idea if he's anywhere near first team ready.

backup/replacement (if sold for big money) for Cresswell?

Do we think he may play a different position for us, maybe?

Welcome Stephen Son - Good Luck.

Re: Deal agreed for Stephen Hendrie - DUNDEAL
Actually just seen he has made nearly 100 appearances. Not bad for a 20 year old. Not bad, even in the Scottish Premiership.

It's no money I guess these days, even if it doesn't work out for the lad we will probably shunt him off to Derby or Ipswich down the line for twice what we paid (which seems under a million)

Fair enough, let's just see how he does.

Re: Deal agreed for Stephen Hendrie - DUNDEAL
Only 17 or 18 at the start of the game, but two years on he was like Keane and Vieira rolled into one.

IMMENSE talent.

I thought McQueen was alright at first

hindred more than anything by the signing of some bloke named Dicks a year after he arrived

terry-h 5:47 Fri Jan 30
Re: Deal agreed for Stephen Hendrie
Anyone recall Tommy McQueen who arrived with a good reputation, made 30 appearances in 3 1/2 years and was shipped back to Scotland by Billy Bonds for being pretty shit.

Of course Hendrie might turn out to be another Ray Stewart. We can always hope I suppose.

I signed Youri TIELEMANS on 14, Cheddie. For £6 million. Won the Champsies League within a couple of years. He's immense.
